Bidadari first integrated project, The Woodleigh Residences, was launched for sale on May 12, 2019.
The Woodleigh Residences is an integrated development with 667 units condominium distributed to 11 tower blocks. The condominium apartments will sit atop The Woodleigh Mall and is linked directly to Woodleigh MRT Station and Singapore’s first air-conditioned underground bus interchange. The project is also integrated with a 64,583 sqf community club and a 23,573 sqf Neighbourhood police centre.

Buyers were also attracted by the projects due to the benefits of living in an integrated development.
Another buying factor is the Bidadari master plan whereby thoughtful planning had been undergone to deliver a new residential estate flanked by heritage and nature in the likes of a green lung and the Alkaff Lake.
Buyers also like the fact that the project is also within 1 km to schools such as Maris Stella, Cedar Primary School and the American International School.
According to the developer, Kajima development and Singapore Press Holdings, a total of 69 units was sold at the project after it was launch for sale. The response was overwhelming with some visitors competing for choice units in a ballot.
Units sold were predominantly 2 and 3 bedrooms with some 4 bedrooms being sold as well. The highest transacted $psf for a unit sold was $2,331.
